Eveline Goodman comes from a family of diplomats. Tino Richter has a wealth of experience building and leading businesses. With more than twenty years as an entrepreneur in diverse fields, he has the expertise and practical know-how to offer insightful advice on many aspects of business ownership, personnel development, and the internationalisation of business.
Along with owning firms in the waste disposal and transport logistics sectors, he has prepared and implemented outsourcing concepts for a number of businesses. Alongside this professional experience, Mr.Richter has been involved with the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce since 1998, and currently serves on its audit committee for road haulage, as a voluntary member of the transport committee, and as an auditor for the Chamber. Since 2010, he has also served in the Berlin Labour Court’s 24th Professional Chamber, which adjudicates on matters related to the haulage and transport industry, safety, and personnel services. In his role with EforP International in Shanghai, Mr. Richter will call on his wide-ranging skill set to lead coaching sessions on personnel management, change management, and issues related to the internationalisation of business, including outsourcing and international shipping. Through his coaching sessions Mr. Tino will impart not only the essential practicalities related to his areas of expertise, but also the comprehensive perspective of an entrepreneur.
Elise Zhu is an Organizational Psychologist, who works as an Executive Coach, Talent Assessor, and Leadership Trainer. She has over a decade of extensive experience in working with corporate leaders to facilitate them in successfully navigating the challenges and opportunities in their professional life, as well as helping numerous multinational and domestic companies across China and the APAC region to assess and develop talents in order to build and enhance companies’ overall bench strength to support business in a competitive marketplace.
Elise is undoubtedly one of the pioneers in China, who is passionate in spreading applied neuroscience knowledge in the area of management and leadership. Her “Neuroscience and Leadership” Series workshops is an ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited CCE (Continuing Coach Education) program that are well sought-after by certified coaches, corporate leaders and anyone who’s interested in self-growth and development. She is a frequent keynote speaker on this topic in China, and has also been invited as one of the few Chinese presenters on the first “Neuroscience for Leaders Summit” in October 2017 in Shanghai.
Elise holds degrees in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hong Kong and University of London, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Neuroscience from MIT Sloan School of Management. She is certified by the International Coach Federation, and is an Associate Coach to CCL (Center for Creative Leadership) and IECL (Institute for Executive Coaching and Leadership). Gunter Büchau is an entrepreneur who is living his passion for communications. His many co-founded firms attest to this, and to his talent and experience. Dr. Sven Halldorn

Dr. Sven Halldorn is a seasoned expert in economic policy-making. As a consultant at EforP International, he brings far-reaching academic knowledge and extensive high-level public and private experience, insight, and expertise.
Since earning his doctorate in economics from the University of Mainz, Dr. Halldorn’s career has taken him to the highest levels of public policy-making. He has served in diverse posts including a deputy leadership position in economic policy issues at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, roles at the FDP Parliamentary Group, board membership at the Federation of the German Construction Industry, and a stint as Managing Director of the German Federal Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (BVMW). From 2011 to 2014, Dr. Halldorn served as Director-General for Technology Policy at the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. His expertise was recognised in February 2014, when he was appointed Director-General for Industrial Policy at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
This broad public policy experience has given Dr. Halldorn an unparalleled insight into the workings of government and business. His portfolio included a wide range of responsibilities extending from technology and innovation policy to aerospace policy.
In January 2015, Dr. Halldorn turned his skills to the private sector, founding HALLPOL, an advisory service that has worked with Press Agencies including EUTOP and Development Group, and has consulted with diverse clients from the international aviation, shipbuilding, and microelectronic industries. Since May 2016, Dr. Halldorn has acted as chief executive for the Association of Care and Service Industries, overseeing tariff policies in the care and service sectors. Thomas Heidenreich is a seasoned and successful leader and entrepreneurial business builder with a long term track record of building brands, agencies and providing corporate communications solutions on a global scale. He developed his expertise in global brand building over his 18 years of service with Grey Advertising in New York and Düsseldorf, where as an advertising executive he was instrumental in building brands for clients like P&G, Mars, and BAT. After establishing agencies and leading regions as an Executive Vice President International for Grey, he pushed further afield: first strengthening his PR credentials as the Germany Managing Director for the Ketchum Pleon Group and then by establishing his own agency, Hicom, specialists in corporate branding and change as well as B2B marketing.
