For more than ten years, Eveline Goodman has prepared
individuals to approach challenging tasks with enthusiasm and ability, pushing them to grow beyond their own boundaries. She is trusted not only by international companies and renowned organizations – public figures too rely on her abilities to deliver results.
She intimately understands the meaning of the words, “between the lines,” drawing on her personal and professional experience of juggling different cultures to see behind the psychological curtains. This background is, however, just the starting point from which she uses her enormous energy to put her ideas and vision into action. She combines her comprehensive academic education (PhDs in Psychology and Neuroscience) with the practical lessons that arise in her life as an internationally-operating businesswoman to deliver success.
Her specialty – and her passion – is connecting talents and options. Eveline Goodman recognizes potential, links it to tasks and positions, and takes pleasure in regularly overstepping the boundaries of conventional personnel and management training. For many years, she has lead workshops, presentations, road shows, and coaching sessions for individuals, companies, and organizations from diverse sectors (real estate, medicine, journalism, among others) – both in German and in English. Tino Richter has a wealth of experience building and leading businesses. With more than twenty years as an entrepreneur in diverse fields, he has the expertise and practical know-how to offer insightful advice on many aspects of business ownership, personnel development, and the internationalization of business.
Along with owning firms in the waste disposal and transport logistics sectors, he has prepared and implemented outsourcing concepts for a number of businesses. Alongside this professional experience, Mr.Richter has been involved with the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce since 1998, and currently serves on its audit committee for road haulage, as a voluntary member of the transport committee, and as an auditor for the Chamber. Since 2010, he has also served in the Berlin Labour Court’s 24th Professional Chamber, which adjudicates on matters related to the haulage and transport industry, safety, and personnel services.
In his role with EforP International in Shanghai, Mr. Richter will call on his wide-ranging skill set to lead coaching sessions on personnel management, change management, and issues related to the internationalization of business, including outsourcing and international shipping. Through his coaching sessions Mr. Tino will impart not only the essential practicalities related to his areas of expertise, but also the comprehensive perspective of an entrepreneur.
As a specialist for personnel development, it is of paramount importance for Sabrina to establish, promote, and support both the management culture with teams, instruments, and values and competencies of employees in such a way that the strategic goals of the management are achieved. She sees herself in the role of the HR consultant, who can analytically evaluate the situation and use these results to develop strategically oriented concepts around HR topics for optimal target achievement. Digitalization and the latest technologies make industry 4.0 possible. The resulting serious changes in the working world are exacerbated by the demographic.
Situation and the change in values. Companies must face up to the challenge of shaping change in an agile and flexible manner. Sabrina’s passion for modern personnel development lies in the active promotion of an enabling framework for New Work in order to position companies as attractive employers. In order to achieve this, we need a human-centered working world in which people are perceived not only for their knowledge and performance, but also with their intuition, their courage to change and their own vision, and in which they generate added value for the company in the right place.
Trainings, seminars and business coaching are part of Sabrina’s daily work as an independent consultant. She is a certified personnel specialist, a certified systemic consultant & business coach (DVCT) with a focus on personnel and organizational development, and a Neuroscience Upskilling trainer.
Seminar and workshop topics, such as leadership, conflict management and team training are developed and conducted with the enabling framework for a deeper view. Sabrina focus on exercises in which the participants can “experience” the theory and draw a personal added value experience for themselves. For her, this is the basis for sustainable and modern personnel development measures.
David combines extensive experience in high-level corporate positions in multinational companies with in-depth psychological counselling expertise. As a consultant, he worked with leaders and executives in more than 30 countries around the world to support their operations, help them in decision-making in M&A situations, and engage in change management post-acquisition and restructuring operations.
Now, David works as a Psychological Counsellor and Executive Coach for individuals and companies. As an accredited coach at the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Center for Executive Coaching (USA), David leverages his background in psychology, using cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, Gestalt therapy methods, and person-centered therapeutic techniques in his psychological counselling practice and his coaching practice. His expertise in psychology enables him to bring coaching and facilitation to another level of personal support to reach a deeper learning experience and a more profound change for more value to clients and lasting results.
David overall holds four master’s degrees, three master’s degrees in Business, Management, and Law from three of the best business schools and universities worldwide (HEC, ESSEC, and Paris-Sorbonne) and one master’s degree in Psychology from the Manchester Metropolitan University. He’s a member of the British Psychological Society and is habilitated to perform psychotherapy and counselling.
Systemic and Upskilling consultant
Matthias Hummel has accompanied children on their way to becoming strong and self-confident personalities for more than 15 years. He believes every child should have the chance to grow up in an environment free of violence. In doing so, the holistic approach is essential for success. Although his focus is on the children, parents – or the closest caregivers – play an essential role in their work, as well as the people (teachers, classmates) from their everyday lives at school.
By coaching parents, teachers, school teams, as well as children, Matthias has set many things in motion in the past 15 years. As a systemic consultant, he pays special attention to the complex interrelations of systems (e.g.: bonds, families, teams, project groups, and companies) and elaborates solutions successfully with his coachees. He uses a systemic approach which looks at organizations, teams, and individuals in their social surrounding and which is considered as both the most effective and least invasive method when it comes to the improvement of interpersonal dynamics.
Matthias designed the preventive concept “Cool strong kids” in 2004 and has been working as a prevention coach since then. Ever since the creation of the Cool Strong Kids Society for the prevention of violence and crime in 2010, Matthias has been the honorary chairman, manager of the Academy of Education where future trainers of children and adolescents are trained, as well as a coach and consultant for parents and teachers. Today, the association is active in six states in Germany with 20 certified coaches and has reached more than 25.000 children and 2.500 teachers and parents through its preventive program.
Matthias started his professional career in the business sector. After graduating in business informatics from the University of Bamberg and Paris, he worked in various managing positions in the economy, including at Procter & Gamble and most recently as a financial director in smaller corporations. Matthias then deliberately chose to give up his business career in order to pursue his true passion: coaching people from young to old. He is married and the father of two children.

Anastasiia Isakii has organized projects and facilitated in international conferences on leadership development for global audiences, aimed to transform thinking, find solutions, and inspire action. She has trained youngsters & adults on the local and regional levels in Ukraine, Turkey, Indonesia, China, and the USA.
Anastasiia has a big passion towards education: she is a Co-Founder & Managing Director of the LifeSkills4Me Community that aims to promote personal growth on a daily basis.
As a public speaker and presentation skills trainer, she has been invited to be a judge at EdTA National Young Thespian Drama Festival, Education Bureau of Yangpu District Oratory Competition, ASDAN Business Simulation, Anshan High School Public Speaking Competition, and more.
Consultant & Counselor
Gunter Büchau is an entrepreneur who is living his passion for communications. His many co-founded firms attest to this, and to his talent and experience. Mr. Büchau started out with a music agency and small record label. It was in this fast-paced industry that he gathered his first experience in communications. Following further training and study, Mr. Büchau worked as a coach, trainer, and lecturer on the subject, ultimately leading him to founding a new agency in this field.
Gunter Büchau knows that the key to personnel development is personal development, and he applies this in every facet of his work. Mr. Büchau’s calm approach and refined eye for the needs and abilities of others are central to his approach, whether managing his own companies or consulting. While Cherry worked for strategic consulting in the past decade, she has always been interested in and searching for the spiritual foundation for mankind: how to build long-term impact by working on the “human” factor. Her passion has led her to executive coaching and organizational development. She is now specialized in organizational culture and value. She is a certified WeValue facilitator, IECL executive coach, and facilitator of Theory U Process. She serves as external advisor / coach for various companies and nonprofits.
Prior to Horae, Cherry served as Principal in Venture Avenue, China’s leading development consulting firm that empowers the philanthropic sector through thought leadership and strategic consulting. She was also the COO of Yu Fund, China’s pioneering impact investor and social innovation incubator. Her clients include Mercedes Benz, Bayer, British Council, and more.
Cherry holds a B.A. from Renmin University of China. She’s a member of Asia21 Young Leaders, Class of 2018, an initiative of the Asia Society. Cherry is fluent in English and medium in French.

With over 30 years of international experience in Operations, Sales & Marketing, Strategy & Research and Consulting in Industries such as Chemicals, Electronics, Fashion, Manufacturing and Retail, Michaela Bergenthal has been driving customer centric change projects out of curiosity for the drivers of consumer and business behaviour. Her educational background is in both Business Administration and in Market and Media Psychology, which has enabled her to contribute to the solution of a wide scope of business problems – in leadership roles for consumer insight teams as well as entrepreneur, consultant and freelance programme manager.
In her special area of expertise, Michaela Bergenthal works with organisations to develop target audience segmentations based on a variety of data sources, and to systematically understand customer journeys. She uses the in-depth learnings about customer motivation to train marketing and sales organizations, and to coach her clients to find growth paths and creative solutions for business problems.
Michaela Bergenthal contributes the Customer Experience perspective to EforP’s work with clients. She helps to assess the impact Customer Experience Design has on Marketing and Sales performance. She also does assessments for the Marketing personnel. Her main support is creating a sense of urgency to tap into opportunities and setting in motion initiatives to leverage them for the candidates. She shares her experience to kick off or to deepen customer centric behaviour within marketing teams and provides guidance for the steps towards the necessary change.
Michaela is expert in Customer Experience perspective. She consults and supports marketers to improve their engagement with their target audiences by unearthing the customers’ needs and motivations, and by enabling her clients to leverage untapped opportunities.
